Make use of the Fragile additional service for delicate, fragile goods, or for shipments where you desire a higher liability amount. In case of loss or damage to your goods, Swiss Post will cover up to CHF 5'000. Please ensure that the contents are sufficiently protected with appropriate internal packaging and adequate padding.

You can deposit parcels with fragile contents at the Campus Information Desk or at your building's mail drop-off point for collection.

Parcels deposited at the mail drop-off points must be marked with four official red Fragile stickers on different sides of the shipment.

These red Fragile stickers can be ordered through ETH Logistics or obtained from Campus Information.
