Giving your business address for personal orders has been prohibited since 2019 because personal consignments lead to high extra costs for ETH.

Consignments are regarded as personal post if they are ordered for personal purposes and taken home. If the content is for business purposes and is needed in the office, this is naturally permitted.

For personal consignments, we recommend Swiss Post's PickPost service. Campus Info Hönggerberg and the one at Zentrum are official collecting points.
