To help with the search for a missing consignment within ETH (e.g. office supplies, parcels sent by internal mail), please check these points in advance:

Has someone else collected the parcel for you?

Have you made sure that the parcel has not already been delivered in the building?

Have you told those responsible for distributing the mail in the building about your search?
Here you can find the ISC (Info + Service Centre) assigned to you.
If you still can’t find the consignment, please fill out the consignment search online form on the Logistics site.
We are unable to search for letters sent by internal mail, as these are not recorded in the ETH system.

Please note that “Briefzentrum Mülligen” is not an ETH post facility.
Consignments outside the ETH domain
- Incoming and outgoing consignments that are not or are no longer within the ETH domain cannot be tracked via our system. Please contact the external service provider (FedEx, DHL etc.) directly.
- If you are missing incoming consignments from Swiss Post or DPD, please contact us.
- If you are missing outgoing Swiss Post consignments that you sent through ETH Logistics, again please contact us.
