The personal ETH card/post collection card gives the authorised person the right to collect mail and, consequently, unrestricted access to the corresponding P.O. box. The opening of the P.O. box by means of the ETH/post collection card is electronically recorded; there is no need to confirm receipt of individual items by signing for them. Opening the P.O. box with the ETH/post collection card thus replaces the signature.

To do this, fill out the “Authorisation to collect mail from ETH P.O. boxes using a card” form and send it to Campus Info Zentrum (campusinfo_hg@services.ethz.ch) or Campus Info Hönggerberg (campusinfo_hil@services.ethz.ch.) We will then advise you of the procedure.
