Are you organizing an event and don’t have the furniture you need? Then you’ve come to the right place! We can lend you event furniture for a limited period of time.

Checking availability
You can check what furniture is available in the calendar below or at Kalender.digital.ch.
Click on the calendar to see which furniture is already reserved at that time.
If the date is blue, the furniture is provisionally reserved, and the order is being processed.
If the date is red, the furniture has been definitely reserved. -
Placing your order
Before placing your order, please read the Conditions for the Loan of Event Furniture carefully. Fill in the “Event furniture rental” web form at least one working week before your event.
Please note- In completing the web form, you have only created an order. Your reservation is not definite until we confirm it (see point 5).
- Please complete only one application per event. Unfortunately, we cannot consider multiple tickets for the same event. You have until 1 week before the rental date to adjust your application.

Order is being checked
As soon as we have received your order, we’ll check availability and organize transport if necessary.

Rental is confirmed
As soon as availability has been checked, the furniture removed from storage and any transport organized, we’ll confirm the order in writing.

Reminder
We’ll send you a reminder note 4 to 6 weeks before your event.

Changing your order
Are you still unsure of the delivery date or the contact person on site? Would you like to change something? You can let us know of any changes up to one working week before the rental date. Simply reply to the confirmation or send an e-mail to logistik@services.ethz.ch.
