General
- You must be a member of ETH Zurich - so please use your ETH e-mail address.
- Fill in the "Event furniture rental" web form at least one week before your event. Requests made at shorter notice are automatically rejected.
- Please take care of the rented furniture. In the event if misuse or any damage caused by gross negligence, you may be refused a rental in future.
- If the form is completed less than one working week before the loan, borrowing is no longer possible even if the item is available.
- Please note that by filling in the web form you have only created an order. The reservation is not definite until we confirm it (see Rental procedure - point 5).
- There is no charge for the rental. However, if you would like the items to be delivered, please read the section on "Transport and delivery".
Transport and delivery
- Costs may be incurred for delivery undertaken by our transport team. If you would like a quote, please contact transporte@services.ethz.ch.
- Please note that we basically deliver the furniture to the building. For assembly and installation, please contact the Facility Services department.
- The furniture is insured by us during transport. Please check the furniture as soon as you receive it and report any damage to the transport team immediately.
