If you see this yellow return label on your parcel, please make sure you address it correctly next time. The following information is required on the label so that a targeted delivery is possible.

If you see this label on your parcel, it is an international consignment. Some information about the consignment is missing. The missing details are ticked on the label.

This blue return label indicates that the parcel was incorrectly sent by internal mail instead of the correct external mail. Buildings with the postcode 8092 and 8093 are delivered by internal mail (see also ETH Post mail handover points).

As your envelope is sealed, it is not possible for us to correct this manually. If you are not sure, please send us an open envelope with an address cover sheet* so that we have the opportunity to adjust the delivery.

*The address cover sheet of the recipient can be printed out via the people search > search for recipient with quick search > select recipient and print.
