Please follow these steps:
- Remove any furniture from under the sitting or standing table.

Check that the table is supplied with power. If not, check the mains cable and the socket. If yes, lower the table completely by pressing the “down” button for at least 20 seconds. This should reset it.

Check whether the table starts up again after the reset. If so, the problem is solved. If not, disconnect the table from the mains and wait 10 seconds.

Reconnect the power cable and press the “down” button for at least 20 seconds until the table is completely down. This will reset the table.

If the table still does not work, please submit a request for repair via the ETHIS portal. When doing so, have the tabletop size and model (sticker under the tabletop) to hand.
